The group have flown today from Port Moresby to Popondetta then by road to Kokoda Station. Here they were met by all the local guides that will take them on their adventure across the Kokoda Track. We have just spoken to the Australian trek manager, Peter Ranasinghe. Peter relays that the group are in high spirits and looking forward to steeping off on the Track tomorrow morning early as they make their way to Deniki then on to Isurava.
