Dean is with Michael and Yarran at Milne Bat ahead of the main Kokoda and Northern Beachheads trekkers arriving today. The advance party has taken a side trip to visit the important Milne Bay battlefields. They also enjoyed an island hoping cruise and visited Kwato where they had lunch. 

They also visit the Massim Museum along with other important places including;; Wagga Wagga (Japanese Landing Site), the Cross Roads where the John French Victoria Cross action took place, Cameron Springs, KB Mission, No 3 Strip and the Milne Bay Memorial. 

This morning it is back to the Grand Papua and preparation for heading out to the Northern Beachheads tomorrow.
