This morning started with the tough challenge of The Wall - one of the toughest challenges of this trek. The recent rain ensured the terrain was muddy and slippy. Once that was completed its a relatively easy walk through to the beautiful village of Menari.

This village is a hive of activity, with children to play football and ladies selling colourful billums and fresh fruit and vegetables. All are well and are enjoying the messages from family every evening.
