Dean and his Non-trekking group have arrived back at the Grand Papua after three days out in the field. The group visited Kokoda, Buna, Gona and Sanananda. Everyone is safe and sound back in Port Moresby ready for a hot shower. 

Yesterday the group attended the official opening of the Buna Museum. The museum will provide a secure area for artefacts from the war to be stored and displayed. The Northern Beachheads make up 3 of the 5 battles fought in Papua during 1942. With Kokoda and Milne Bay making up the other 2 battlefields, all of these places are accessible for those who are unable or prefer not to trek. We are proud to take another group of Australians on a pilgrimage to discover our proud wartime history.
