Kokoda Historical has a particular focus on the education and commemoration of the Kokoda Campaign.
Our group booking prices for 2018 to trek Kokoda on our 11 day package are:

We offer a competitive rate for group bookings along with assistant in getting your group off the ground. We understand that sometimes it is hard for people to commit and to fund their trip. We have assisted many groups over the years with initiatives to fundraise.
For schools we offer a fantastic package which includes outdoor training along with history presentations in the class room. David Howell the director of Kokoda Historical has worked in educating school children on the significance of Australian service and sacrifice in times of war and on peacekeeping operations at the Shrine of Remembrance, the National War Memorial of Victoria.
Our classroom visits includes a Kokoda kitbag where students get to examine the equipment and uniforms used by both sides during the Kokoda Campaign. Students will be able to explore the Second World War campaign in Papua New Guinea.
Our school package includes a introduction pack for the teachers and tasks for the students. The idea is that the students will build upon their knowledge in the lead up to undertaking their trek so as to deliver oral presentations at key locations along the Kokoda Track. Students will also receive a pack which contains material that is derived from the Department of Veterans Affairs education resource and is designed to meet the key requirements of the school curriculum of Australia history in the Second World War.
All of our staff have working with children checks and have many years of experience delivery this type of program to school children of all ages.
